Delaware and Only Delaware
Morris Nichols has a long tradition of serving the needs of businesses, non-profits, and residents who call Delaware home. The firm’s history began when Judge John Hugh M. Morris hung his shingle in Wilmington in 1930. He was soon joined by Alexander Nichols in 1931, S. Samuel Arsht in 1934, and the final named partner, former Delaware Supreme Court Justice James M.
